Notes on canned fish
Premium Sardines is, as the domain suggests, a site about sardines and other canned fish. I’m not sure what it will become yet, probably some brand listings, recipes, and occasional reviews.
I may not be a sardine expert just yet, but I know I like eating them, usually with a side of labneh or Greek yogurt.
What to expect

- Notes on craft and oil: how they’re made, and what they’re like to eat
- Simple recipes: ways I usually have them
